Beyond the Wall

This piece is 60”x48”. Created using mixed media pastes, wall and acrylic paint, and silver leaf on canvas. The idea behind this painting was to paint a large canvas the same color as the wall it hangs on. I really enjoyed the idea of a painting becoming a sort of abstract extension of the wall behind it. 🙂
